Mr. Schilling received undergraduate degrees in business and political science from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, in 1990 and his law degree from University of Tulsa College of Law in 1993. He was a partner in the law firm Riggs, Abney, Neal, Turpen, Orbison & Lewis where he practiced insurance litigation, labor and employment, healthcare and medical liability.
